The Jacobs unit I work for is managed as if we were a group of contract workers. There is little contact with the rest of the company and management is lacking. Little attention is spent on either the clients or the employees. Jacobs does not seem to be interested in retaining talent and building up strong teams. Investment in employee develoment is non existant. Stay billable or beware. Jacobs' core values should read. 1. We are a company focused on quarterly profits. 2. Short term growth will be pursued at any cost. 3. Share holders are our greatest concern.
