The company's claims of 'revolutionizing the industry' and 'we are innovators' are nothing more than hyperbole. The product barely meets standards of decade-old technology. Disorganization, backstabbing and off-shoring is business as usual here.

I've been here over five years and stayed because of a great team, customers and support of my manager. I'd recommend it to others looking for a new sales gig with a real product and a great customer list.

Cons

The whole world is shifting to AI and it does require a steep learning curve.

Peers are a true pleasure to work with and it's easy to cross-collaborate.

Cons

Leadership is all-in on AI and confident that they will be the exception to the second wave of regret you see other SaaS companies who adopted earlier expressing. Leadership is demanding faster output and criticizing and eliminating any old guard who flag concerns around the approach.
