Political. Passive aggressive. Toxic. The work is not interesting. Very siloed. Management wants very little to do with managing. Lots of backstabbing. Known for bait and switch with job descriptions once someone is hired. Spend money like it is going out of style and their strategy does not seem to work like it once did. SBF is a good representative of what is wrong with the firm. Morale is tanking.
