Pros
The team is very positive and supportive. We move toward a common goal together. Internal competition is somewhat rare. A common mantra you will hear around the virtual watercooler is "Championship Output". We are a championship team and we expect every member of this team to have a championship mentality. The leadership has been great at helping me make incremental changes and constant improvement to my process.
Cons
Jane is a tech start-up. As with any Tech start-up, the unexpected is to be expected. If you are not attracted to the ever-changing nature of startup life, then Jane might not be the right fit for you.
