      free coffee, snacks and soft drinks

      Cons

      Upper management doesn't know what they are doing. The gap between Artist/Programmers and upper management is to large. No communication between employees. Money wasted on frivolous needs/wants instead of it's employees and software.

      Pros

      They had good benefits. They were responsive to any employee concerns.

      Cons

      They screwed over 50+ personnel because they kept filing protests to a government contract award. Then they fired 40+ personnel on December 15th, 2025. They were more interested in maintaining control of a contract instead of responding to employee concerns.
