Pros
Since it's inception in 1997, this small, family-based entrepreneurial company has been providing good careers for hundreds of employees and their families in several locations throughout the country. There are many families that have been with JANUS 5, 10, even 15 years and have formed lifetime relationships with others they've met while working here. To top it off, the pay and benefits are very good.
Cons
Some JANUS locations are in places that you may have never heard of (Evans, GA; Belcamp, MD) but don't let that deter you. They are good places to raise your family.
