Pros
Great people. The hiring process typically weeds out people you wouldn't enjoy working with. The teammates you'll have on your projects are typically ones you'll get along with. Skills vary per employee from mega talented to somewhat lack-luster. The lack-luster is a small crowd. Hours are generally reasonable. It's really not a bad place to work but like anywhere there plenty of room for improvement.
Cons
Has a terrible habit of not promoting from within and salaries are below industry standard. Organization is a problem. There are plenty of capable people in the company but upper management doesn't hand out opportunities for folks to rise to the occasion.
