      Cares about its employees. Does a good job of recognizing significant dates such as birthdays, holidays, and professional advances

      Forcing functions to ensure customer support at all times even when the customer is not working ie snow days, and organizational sports days.

      Pros

      They had good benefits. They were responsive to any employee concerns.

      Cons

      They screwed over 50+ personnel because they kept filing protests to a government contract award. Then they fired 40+ personnel on December 15th, 2025. They were more interested in maintaining control of a contract instead of responding to employee concerns.
