Pros
They pay better than other companies that do the software contracts for the us government that I've worked for.
Cons
When I received a promotion into a management role the pay increase was 3%. At the end of one contract I had to re-interview for the next contract, because I was working at a client offsite I really was made to feel like a contractor. I went to another company even though I was offered to stay after I passed the interview after I'd been working there 2 years already.
