      JANUS is a very well managed company with lots of diversity in the workforce- everyone gets an opportunity to excel. High performance is recognized and rewarded.

      Cons

      Mediocracy is not tolerated, but that is only a CON to those who are only looking for a job to simply pay the bills. If that is you, you probably won't be happy at JANUS.

      Pros

      They had good benefits. They were responsive to any employee concerns.

      Cons

      They screwed over 50+ personnel because they kept filing protests to a government contract award. Then they fired 40+ personnel on December 15th, 2025. They were more interested in maintaining control of a contract instead of responding to employee concerns.
