      Great PTO & holiday leave plans and outstanding benefits. Janus really cares about their employees' health and welfare. Turnover rate is low and growth is really possible in this company.

      Pros

      They had good benefits. They were responsive to any employee concerns.

      Cons

      They screwed over 50+ personnel because they kept filing protests to a government contract award. Then they fired 40+ personnel on December 15th, 2025. They were more interested in maintaining control of a contract instead of responding to employee concerns.
