      Pros

      Flexible work arrangements, professional, good health insurance options and benefits, laid-back and non-micromanager style.

      Cons

      No bonuses other than the one you get when you start, "energy award". No upward growth. Salary is NOT competitive and can use this company to move to a better paying position. Standard salary increase is extremely low or non-existent (even for high producers/valued employees).

      Pros

      They had good benefits. They were responsive to any employee concerns.

      Cons

      They screwed over 50+ personnel because they kept filing protests to a government contract award. Then they fired 40+ personnel on December 15th, 2025. They were more interested in maintaining control of a contract instead of responding to employee concerns.
