      The singular pro with the company is the remote work

      Cons

      I can go on for paragraphs... zero growth opportunities, poor management, prioritizes profit for higher ups, single point failure HR team, reduction in stipends, toxic work environment where management thinks it is okay to yell at employees and increases in health benefits.

      Pros

      They had good benefits. They were responsive to any employee concerns.

      Cons

      They screwed over 50+ personnel because they kept filing protests to a government contract award. Then they fired 40+ personnel on December 15th, 2025. They were more interested in maintaining control of a contract instead of responding to employee concerns.
