      JANUS is all about its employees. The benefit packages are great. Management is very approachable. They are well established and organized.

      Cons

      Being a government contractor means that your job is not guaranteed for the long term. It depends on contracting.

      Pros

      They had good benefits. They were responsive to any employee concerns.

      Cons

      They screwed over 50+ personnel because they kept filing protests to a government contract award. Then they fired 40+ personnel on December 15th, 2025. They were more interested in maintaining control of a contract instead of responding to employee concerns.
