Please know this feedback is truly appreciated and has not fallen on deaf ears. As an emerging company that has experienced rapid growth over the past few years, feedback such as this is vital to the success of the organization. It is disappointing to learn this has been your experience, as our operational staff are the most crucial aspect of the relationships built with our healthcare partners, sponsors, and most importantly, our patients.
To better support our staff’s individual needs, we provide sick time and vacation time in one PTO allotment that can be used at their discretion. Diversity is a significant part of Javara’s foundation that is critical to our mission and vision. We recently designated a director that is dedicated to DEI initiatives not just externally, but also internally across all areas of the business.
We recognize that we will not always get it right, but we will always encourage transparent communication and welcome the opportunity to have these discussions.
