Toxic management, poor leadership - Associate Director Jazz Pharmaceuticals Employee Review

Senior management is incredibly toxic, condescending, abrasive and incompetent. They are completely disconnected from the work and talent of their employees and their hard work. You are essentially taken for granted and treated like a "the help". Those with integrity and talent rarely have the opportunity to advance. They are overlooked for those who curry favor to upper management and bully others into getting their way. Emotionally taxing environment as an entire team's months or years of hard work can get sabotaged at the final hour just to appease someone in management or review boards ego.
