- I was with the company long enough to see the culture evolve into a very toxic and disingenuous work environment - 'Leaders' are all talk but when it comes down to it, are out of touch with their own employees and rarely engage with them - Too much change that sounds all promising but when it comes to implementing new processes, its very poorly planned and executed, adding even more to employee's workload and stress - No career development - Too much office politics and BS - not a collaborative and welcoming space as the company claims it to be - All the good employees left long ago due to burnout and not feeling valued at Jazz
