Pros
*Salary if you have the right manager pulling for you *Fully Remote *Benefits
Cons
*PV is fiercely micromanaged from the Executive Director down. *Disorganized chaos with never ending restructuring. *Employees are over worked & underappreciated by management. *Constant revolving door of people being unjustly fired or quitting due to burnout. This leads to constant chaos as job responsibilities are always shifting around. *Backstabbing and deceitful management. *Undeserving promotion of individuals due to favoritism as well as management bringing in "friends" to work under them. *No loyalty to employees who have worked there from the beginning and built the company (Jazz was once a wonderful place to work). *Bullying behaviors from Associate Directors / management against employees who they want to push out. *HIGH STRESS *PV Managers who have no clue what they are doing (Fake it til you make it) . *Manipulation by Associate Directors / management to step on certain people to obtain a better status and gain approval from higher ups. *Jazz had an INCREDIBLE culture at one point. However there has been a mass exodus of people mainly due to the entire PV department being overun by ex employees of Astra Zenica as well as their GW merger. The culture has slowly changed to a Big Pharma mindset where you are just treated as a number. *Little to no accountability by management as to why there are major issues and dysfunction within PV and the Quality Compliance Department. Management will throw their best employees under the bus to avoid accountability. *Executive committee has little to no clue on just how BAD the PV department and Quality Compliance at Jazz is and how unhappy most employees are. *If you speak up you are pushed out and or silenced. *This list could really go on and on
