Pros

Decent compensation and work from home

Cons

Where do I start? While Jazz Pharmaceuticals promotes a strong and supportive culture externally, the reality behind the scenes tells a different story. The environment can often feel toxic — with backstabbing disguised as “constructive feedback,” retaliation, and clear favoritism being all too common. Jazz froze all in-line promotions and operated under the previous year’s budget, triggering a wave of departures that left remaining employees overloaded and unsupported. Senior leadership talks a compelling game, but their actions suggest a deep focus on self-preservation rather than genuine team or company growth. Role clarity is almost nonexistent, and strategic direction shifts so frequently — seemingly every five months — that it’s hard to believe leadership has a coherent vision. The lack of stability and transparency makes it difficult to feel confident in the company’s future or your place in it.
