Good community bank - Bank Teller Jeff Bank Employee Review

Work isn't hard, customers are mostly nice.

Poor branch managment, they expect a lot with low pay, no room for advancement because the middle managers and top execs will never leave and make room for anyone else.

It is a relatively small company with lots of room for growth. Most of the staff is friendly and helpful. They provide a yearly bonus and have recently had multiple meetings with each department to see where the employees would like to see improvement

So far there has been no action taken from the meetings. Nothing has changed. The pay is not enough to thrive on and just enough to get by. Many employees have to work multiple jobs to make ends meet. Raises are given once a year and are usually less than a dollar. Everyone has asked for across the board pay increase for many years and we have always been told 'the pay is comparable etc"
