      + Terrible working environment + Claw-backs and extensive restrictions on bonuses + No cohesive culture, all IBD teams have their own culture + Every man for themselves and blame culture + Some very incompetent people at the top

      Like most banking jobs, incredibly long hours. Group specific: culture can be poor / not well supported, poor organization / staffing at group level.
