      Pros

      People here are all super nice. Both towards business and for co-workers. I'm in the Tech side and all the required equipments and resources are generously provided

      Cons

      Need more people to create more applications. But we know it's relatively small when comparing with other giants

      Supportive firm-wide culture; competitive pay; surrounded by some of the smartest people you'll ever meet.

      Cons

      Like most banking jobs, incredibly long hours. Group specific: culture can be poor / not well supported, poor organization / staffing at group level.
