Pros

Friendly management and staff. Given plenty of vacation time after 90 days, eligible to use it immediately. As well as 16 hours allowance to use here and there when you need it.

Cons

Systems seem to be outdated at times. Causing for outages and lag when handling customers. Although they are doing their best to update and compete in the market.

Jefferson Bank treats their employees like they are family. Great organization and pillar in our community.

Cons

Employees have been in their roles for years so it is hard to advance to new positions. This is a good thing for the bank but hard for an employee who would like to advance.
