Department Lead is toxic, narcissistic ,controlling, show favoritism to some and insults others and delegates all responsibilities to the team and does not pitch in at all.

Jefferson Bank treats their employees like they are family. Great organization and pillar in our community.

Cons

Employees have been in their roles for years so it is hard to advance to new positions. This is a good thing for the bank but hard for an employee who would like to advance.
