6yWe appreciate your honesty and thank you for expressing your observations and feedback. We agree that we still have a long way to go when it comes to diversity. Please know we are committed to our core value of Promoting Diversity and stand firm in our dedication to take action. As a first step, we recently appointed an Inclusion and Diversity (I+D) Executive Sponsor, our COO, who will help drive efforts and ensure that we are taking steps forward. One of the first initiatives is creating an I+D Committee representative of the diversity we know we need as a company. The committee will work together to create an I+D strategy that will foster the change we all want to see. If you have any ideas you would like to share around I+D or if you are interested in joining the committee, please contact your HRBP as they would be more than happy to continue this conversation with you.
