Pros

-The aviation industry is an exciting and fast-paced work environment. -There are some amazing employees currently working at this company -Company is rapidly expanding with many growth opportunities

Cons

-this company consistently under compensates its employees, it seems that all the earnings go straight to the executive staff and upper management. This is a huge problem because even if you are to move into lower to mid-level management you are not paid enough to even afford to live by yourself, forget about having a family. - The company claims to be building a "great company" but is over-invested in growth while all their employees struggle on below industry average pay. - This company is on the fast track to losing all of its quality employees if they don't increase pay to even a reasonable amount.

Pros

We have newer aircraft, for the most part. My coworkers are all great and we get along/work together to get what is needed done. Management also takes care of us by checking in, doing little events and hearing us out when there's an issue. It's the most family minded company I have worked for. All of the values Jet Access talks about I thought were just for face value like all the other companies. The longer I am here the more I can see that these guys actually mean it and it's impressive. I hope this goes on for a long time.

Pros

You get your 40 hours.

Cons

No overtime available because work isn't coming in. Mechanics are blamed for the lack of work. This company doesn't have the facilities to paint on aircraft, so they do it in the main hanger around unprotected Mechanics. When you voice your concern to management they blow you off and make you public enemy #1. One guy has issues with asthma and they paint around him. Safety is preached but not followed. Project managers can't handle the projects and come down to the floor to spead the happiness. All Mechanics here could get lung cancer from being exposed to paint vapors and dust. Don't work here because in the last 2 years I have worked here they let about 40 people go. Favoritism is rampant. Crew chiefs are invincible to making mistakes, even though I collect tools left on aircraft almost on a weekly basis and put them on there boxes. This company let 10 people go 2 weeks before Christmas, happy new year indeed.
