      Pros

      - Opportunities to take the lead on interesting projects - Opportunities to learn systems/processes/best practices - Environment is face paced; you will never be bored

      Cons

      - Horrible work life balance - Unclear steps for advancement - Bonus is on a curve, which leads to high intensity, high competition environment - Training is terrible; you need to teach yourself and perform as though you didn't need to take the extra time to understand systems

      Pros

      The culture was awesome, with one rule (Be Nice) I loved Jet. We kicked some major #$^^ so much so that Walmart bought us and killed us. We had fun, it was like working at an all night rave music and dancing while we worked. hard to describe, you had to be there.

      Cons

      the pay wasn't the best but the benefits more than made up for it. The insurance was fantastic, the fun we had at work was enough to make up for the lack of pay.
