Pros

Decent contract if you're in with the old contract Meet some really cool people Most of the managers are easy-going if you actually do your job Very flexible part-time hours, but starting minimum hours of only 12/week

Cons

If you're time and a half, you'll never be scheduled Sundays or holidays, the new contract doesnt allow for time and a half, it's a $1 premium only now. Upper management stays as far away from the working force as possible

Pros

Fun Job. Time flies when working. Learn new skills.

Cons

Management does NOT care about you only the work you do. You will be overworked and underpaid. Very little training and they expect you to know everything within a couple weeks. Managers are lazy and will put their work on you! Work place is full of drama and creepy people that HR looks the other way because of 'popularity'. This is not the only location with problems the whole company is a mess. Constantly switching out district managers. Ops were horrible, they would come boss everyone around to try to make the shop look perfect in 1 shift, often making a lot of people miss their breaks and work overtime. Frozen loads and products would go to waste due to miscommunication between managers and no one seemed to ever want to fix any problems. Extremely low morale and high turnover. Stay far away from this place unless you're really sure you're only staying a while.
