Pros
Union is really good, as are most other employees. Pay scale is easily accessible, and makes sense. Hours are decent, and I've never had a problem with an often confusing availability.
Cons
Management is in many stores just people who've worked there a long time; not the harder workers, not the people who are good at their jobs, just the ones who've been there a long time. As such, it's quite often underqualified and in some cases downright terrible management. Bonuses and wage increases are ONLY available based off of promotion, or time spent with company, and no raises are given for hard work.
