Pros

Salary was good at the time, however they require many stressful hours of work, insurance plan was good as well

Cons

You have not a life and are expected to work all the time in order to accomplish the job, and then the District Manager was never satisfied either, there was to much game playing with the senior management, (District Manager and Opps, Support Staff) and you did not know who to trust. They sent us all to Ed Foreman Successful Like Seminar, for WHAT ??? They forgot work/life balance many years ago

Fun Job. Time flies when working. Learn new skills.

Cons

Management does NOT care about you only the work you do. You will be overworked and underpaid. Very little training and they expect you to know everything within a couple weeks. Managers are lazy and will put their work on you! Work place is full of drama and creepy people that HR looks the other way because of 'popularity'. This is not the only location with problems the whole company is a mess. Constantly switching out district managers. Ops were horrible, they would come boss everyone around to try to make the shop look perfect in 1 shift, often making a lot of people miss their breaks and work overtime. Frozen loads and products would go to waste due to miscommunication between managers and no one seemed to ever want to fix any problems. Extremely low morale and high turnover. Stay far away from this place unless you're really sure you're only staying a while.
