Laid back environment, easy job, regulars are always a ton of fun! Concise expectations and fast pace work make the day go by fast!
Cons
Mediocore to lowest pay in fast casual food. Many franchises ask more of their employees than are willing to do themselves. Management on all levels, depending on the franchise can be tempermental and catty. You will work every holiday, except 3, even when a store makes less in sales than in labor costs. Reimbirsements are often as much or mpre than the tips you recieve as a driver. Not always the case, and some days will be better than others, but its very inconsistent. Ridiculously over priced menu, which you will hear about everyday.
