Pros

Free water and restrooms. Free hat and shirt.

Cons

Low pay, tons of cleaning, poor management. I felt like Cinderella always cleaning and being yelled at about not doing things correctly. Never trained properly. I was a driver, but spent too much time cleaning, answering phones, and making sandwiches. Management was always in the weeds, even when it wasn't busy. They were fearful of audits from corporate, so everything was scrutinized to the point of nano-management. Drivers get minimum wage, plus 5% of the sale, and any tips you get. What is 5% of a $5.50 sandwich? The answer is: a joke. Most customers are cheap. You will get stiffed a lot. There are also split shifts, where you might work 4-6 hours in the morning/afternoon, then take an hour break, then work another 4-6 hours. That's a lot of time to spend cleaning and delivering $6 orders.

Pros

Good pay, if there aren't too many drivers, and you're at a good place for lunch, you can expect to make around $50 in tips per day or more, and get reimbursed for mileage. The people there can be hit or miss, some people can be very fun to work with and responsible.

Cons

The upper management can be lead with too many sensitive women, who don't know how to diagnose situations properly, and take the side of the immature employees who get offended way too easily. The co-workers can be very young and irresponsible, but this is par for the course for food places if you don't have strong leadership.
