Pros
Awesome Management and coworkers Very, very, and I mean very flexible with scheduling. Free meal with 6+ hour shift Driving can make good money on certain shifts and paid at end of shift. Very well organized / system for how business operates. Store is very clean compared to other restaurant jobs. Customers are very friendly compared to other restaurant jobs.
Cons
Understaffed on some shifts causes a lot more work for the employees who show up. For example, it might be busy enough during lunch that JJ should have 4-6 people between two different tables. However, the shift only has enough staff for 2-3 people on 1 table. Minumum wage job. You do not make good money unless you drive or are a higher up manager. No raises even if you have worked at company for a long time. If you work at JJ for 5 years you more than likely will make the same amount of money as a 16–17-year-old would on their first day. Driving is not fun when weather is bad. Easy to spill fountain drinks in car. Managers do not have help slicing or prepping veggies. Inshop it can be hard to ring up register or answer phones when understaffed.
