Pros

- "Free" food (that lower management allows; upper management would rather you starve, or pay half your day's pay for their overpriced glorified Subway sandwiches) - No more "Freaky Fast" expectations, minimizing worker stress a bit

Cons

- Lower and upper management tends to throw those below them under the bus at any given moment (expect to get blamed for something you weren't even on the job for) - Bias/favoritism towards whatever shift the GM works with; according to our GM, the day shift "makes sandwiches", and the night shift is responsible for everything including making sandwiches (likely incompetence of the former to punish the latter) - Everything hinges on money, to an inhumane extent. Management forgot to clock out? Understaff shifts. - Management is incapable of keeping a solid stock of resources. This past week, we've had our soda machines unusable as management "forgot" to check the carbonation tank, and so we could not use or serve carbonated drinks. Couple that with lack of ingredients, and entire shifts are set up to fail being able to keep up with demand

Pros

Good pay, if there aren't too many drivers, and you're at a good place for lunch, you can expect to make around $50 in tips per day or more, and get reimbursed for mileage. The people there can be hit or miss, some people can be very fun to work with and responsible.

Cons

The upper management can be lead with too many sensitive women, who don't know how to diagnose situations properly, and take the side of the immature employees who get offended way too easily. The co-workers can be very young and irresponsible, but this is par for the course for food places if you don't have strong leadership.
