Pros

Commission structure, 3 tiers based on $$ of sale -- 7% top, generates a minimally-acceptable income (commission is on top of $5/hr wage). Introduction of "Reserve" product is a quality enhancement ,,,, trend to cut options in traditional-fit clothing turns off many long-time JAB clients.

Cons

Tailored Brands (fancy holding company name for Men's Wearhouse) has forced in the Men's culture, its "playbook", and its focus on stacking the sale ("concept sales"). Most experienced JAB managers were pushed out/down to bring in lower-paid Men's loyalists. Store "refresh" brought in dark paint, hard floors, removal of any interior JAB branding (old fixtures and poor lighting were untouched),,, take down the green awnings & sign on the exterior ,,,, can now be any store overnight.

Pros

40% discount and the music is good benefits are okay

Cons

Too much mandatory paperwork to keep up with when dealing with customers during prom, wedding, and graduation season. While simultaneously keeping up with the cleanliness of the floor when customers treat it like it’s a primark.
