You will work more than the listed hours. When hired I was told that Fridays were often required with occasional Saturday shifts however that was far from the truth. During my fourteen months there I worked every Friday but one, Holidays not included. In addition I worked just about every Saturday but unlike Fridays there was no way to know in advance if you would be working or not preventing people from making plans.
When I joined the company I was promised after six months that I would be hired on as full time and start receiving benefits, while I was eventually hired on it took almost three months for them to fulfill the paperwork. During that time I had no way to take time off without receiving points which could lead to punishment. People looking for long term careers do note that this company does not contribute to a 401K meaning all of it comes out of your pocket.
This one is rather personal but if you cannot stand most genres of music you will hate working here. The company has no issue in sticking with a set few radio stations that repeat the same songs all day. Sure music helps fight monotony but please get a larger variety in music.
