Pros
Good pay, tasty food cooked daily, 401k matching.
Cons
When you get fired from Joby, it is an awful experience. When Joby decides they don't want you anymore, there is no warning, no probation, nothing. You are pulled into a meeting with HR, they fire you without giving a reason, you are only given 2 weeks pay and your insurance expires at the end of the month. Everyone is referred to as being part of a "family" but that's clearly just corporate virtue signaling. Joby has changed a LOT since getting more corporate.
