      A little sister company to HEB, Joe V's Smartshop was an excellent company to work for. I was there for 6 years and left only to pursue a career in Healthcare. Pay is highly competitive with raises 2x every year. Employees are appreciated in the utmost and hard work is recognized with opportunities to advance within the company. Really a great place to work.

      Cons

      Hours are short as positions are all part time unless you make manager. Joe V's is definitely a cost efficient operator
