      Pros

      I get to speak to many customers throughout my shift. I meet different partners and get to coach them on different task. I have the pleasure of working with different management and learning more from them.

      Cons

      Getting the partners more involved in task around the store. Getting managers to actually do theirs jobs. Making training more detailed for new partners.
