They buy lunch alot. They raffle off Patriots & Red Sox tickets. Some nice employees.

Cons

Some people are so rude and arrogant. If you are not part of a certain persons group then you are considered boot valuable. Very inappropriate behavior by some. Others are expected to pick up the slack.
