Pros

Company policy only because of MNC.

Cons

Work–life balance here is more of a motivational poster than a real thing. Expect 10–12 hour workdays, followed by questioning on why you couldn’t “stretch” a bit more—because exhaustion is apparently negotiable. Timesheets must be filled hour by hour, not for productivity, but to constantly prove you were alive and working. Trust is replaced by surveillance, efficiently. HR policies are dynamic and personalized—by that I mean they depend entirely on who you are and who you know. Equality exists mainly in onboarding decks. Interview tip (very important): casually ask your manager about their native place. If it doesn’t match yours, reconsider joining. It’s a quicker cultural assessment than any HR round. Great place if you enjoy selective rules, long hours, and informal hierarchies disguised as “culture.”

Pros

Fun work, interesting problems to solve, good people in the office. Good 401k match.

Cons

Deere corporate doesn't care about it's employees. No promotions, tiny raises. No equity. Bad health insurance. Some people get promoted but only if you are good at kissing a** it seems.
