Pros
Quality coworkers, excellent tradition, very high standards. If you like getting up early, going home later and working hard then you will love Deere - truly. It's hard work but you get a good sense of accomplishment.
Cons
The work is very demanding and Deere expects a lot from you. Pay doesn't always reflect your effort. If you are looking for a nice job with a relaxed atmosphere then look somewhere else. Working at Deere can be intense at times.
