Keep changing bonus structure to make it much harder to get bonuses. I have been getting raises every year but as the bonus structure changes I get paid less and less every year and asked to do more. Culture has shifted from employee first to profits first. Top hiring criteria is diversity and capability to do the job is of no importance so we have a lot of leaders that are incapable of their jobs which makes the subordinates look bad
