401(k) is amazing (10% match on 6%) Still have a pension (4% of base salary into an annuity fund) Encouraged to try new roles and to learn and grow
Cons
No longer the premier employer it used to be John May refuses to give salary employees decent raises (2 - 3% when inflation is 9%) John May is encouraging for our design engineering to be done in India and our manufacturing to be done in Mexico Most factories are falling apart. It is actually quite sad Annual bonuses half of what is normal despite record profits
