Pros
Great schedule, amazing coworkers, opportunities abound (if you can separate yourself from the cliques) on the right teams.
Cons
The leadership on the HR side of Deere is shocking. No rules, values, or guidance is followed on their end. If they step out of line, not an eye batted. If it’s you, look out. Multiple meetings held explaining that if you are not a black, LGBTQIA+ person, you should not even be given an interview. Deere no longer wants to hire the best in their fields, they want to hire what looks good on paper.
