Recent emphasis on stock price and recurring revenue is leading to some concerning decision making by higher-ups. Frequent organizational shakeups are leading to skepticism about the direction of the company. Base pay is also not very competitive and salaries only seem to meet the average after receiving the incentive payments at the end of the year.
