The culture has gone downhill If you are a diverse or LGBTQ person, you will either be tokenized or pushed out for political reasons. This company hires diverse people for show but have you wondered why they all leave in droves? They have poorly handled the layoffs and communication. It's pathetic how they even selected people to be laid off. Their HR team should be sued for discrimination. If you are buddies with the senior leaders, you are protected. There are so many shady things going on at the leadership level that they cover up. The layoffs were mainly orchestrated by the new chief people officer.
