The bank is very conservative, when it comes to expanding the deposit and loan portfolios. Creating good quality clients.

Being a smaller bank, it is harder to move up in position. Can only be done if someone leaves the company and a spot opens up.

Nice people, willing to help.

Micromanagement with little room for growth. Will do someone else’s job that’s not within your role.
