I have been in retail for many years and have to say becoming a part of the Johnny Was has been one of the best choices I have made in my career. Johnny Was is a company that cares about their employees in ways you cant imagine. For as large as we are everyone is approachable, they listen to suggestions you may have and welcome them. It is one big team with everyone encouraging and recognizing your successes. Stores helping other stores, Mangagers helping Managers. A culture that also includes the well being of their employees. Johnny Was has become my second family. If you are looking for an enviornment that supports you , your growth and success then Johnny Was is the place to be....join us, you won't be sorry!!!

Many different categories and opportunities to learn Decent PTO 15 days after 1 year Summer Fridays (at will of leadership) I would recommend coming to this company at a senior level. I would not recommend working here longer then 2 or 3 years as an assistant or even an associate. The expectations are lower for new hires, especially at more senior levels, take advantage of it if you can.

Little to no job growth Barely any wage increase per year or through promotion Poor leadership Extremely Disorganized Toxic work place and management culture Poor work life balance with many teams expected to overtime with no extra pay
