      I asked for some opportunity to grow, and It's no possible, because the finance structure is small, and the salary doesn't cover my necessities.

      The benefits are good for the most part.

      Cons

      Overwhelming amount of tasks. Paying for company vehicle as a manager reduces your overall income. Made more money in the field. Overly competitive atmosphere within the company, No work-life balance, Nepotizm is ramped.
